The buffer time can be set 999 minutes for check-ins before and after tee time

 

This feature allows you to set "Allow Check-In __ Minutes Before Tee Time" to a value over 100 minutes. You can make the change in the iOS Settings tab located in Reference Tables | Terminal Information, of the iPad terminal; make the change near the bottom of the screen in the Check-In Settings section.

 

To set up buffer times before or after tee time

  1. In Options [F2], go to Reference Tables | Terminal Information. The Terminal Information screen displays to the right with a list of terminals you have set up. If you are setting up a terminal for the first time or you need your iPad set up as a terminal, contact CPS.

  2. Double-click the terminal set up for your iPad using CPS Air. The terminal information for your iPad displays under the Terminal Settings tab with an iOS Settings tab to the right of that; if the iOS Settings tab is not visible, your iPad is not set up.

  3. Click the iOS Setting tab to the right of the Terminal Settings tab at the top of the screen. The iOS settings display.

  4. Scroll down until you come to the Check-in Settings.

    Note: You can enter up to 999 minutes in the before and after fields.

  5. In the first field, enter the number of minutes that to allow check-in BEFORE tee time

  6. In the field to the right of that, enter the number of minutes to allow check-in AFTER tee time.

  7. Select Save and Close.

  8. [Exit and start-up] CPS and reconnect Air.
