How Tos for Online Billing

Go to the Custom CSS section, if you want to:

• Change the size or style of the font on the Online Billing website.
• Customize the color scheme of the Online Billing website.

Go to the Email section, if you want to:

• Set the email address for receiving customer inquiries from the website.
• Set how to handle any billing inquiries from the website.
• Override the Club Prophet Systems settings of the SMTP server with your own.

Go to the Options section, if you want to:

• Customize what kind of customer billing data to display, such as the values for minimums, prepaid, loyalty points, and smart cards.
• Customize which data fields to include on the statement.
• Set which options of payment to accept, e.g. credit, ACH, private club billing.
• Enter the URL and access settings for accepting payments.

Go to the Web section if you want to:

• Set whether customers use an account number, email address, and/or username to log in.
• Enter your facility’s name, address, and phone number as it will be displayed on the Login page.
• Select which credit cards you will accept.
• Write an optional header and/or a message for the Login page.
