Cancellations

In the Cancellations screen of (ORE5), you enable online tee time cancellations, and you set the limits on how close to the tee-off time a customer can cancel.

To enable online reservation cancellations, in Admin mode, go to Hamburger menu | Booking | Cancellations. The screen displays with your cancellation options.

Select the Enable online tee time cancellations checkbox if you want to allow cancellations to your online customers.
To set the number of hours before the customer can cancel, select the Do not allow tee time cancellation checkbox, then enter the number of hours in the field to the right; this will be the number of hours before tee off that your customer can cancel.
To let your customer make changes to their reservation, select the Allow changes to reservation online checkbox.
To set the number of hours before the reservation in which to enable the customer to make those changes, select the Allow changes up to checkbox and enter the number of hours in the field: ________hour(s) before tee off.
Select Save to keep your changes.
