Search

  1. Navigate to the Search screen by starting in Online Options with permissions, then select Hamburger Menu | Starterhut | Online Booking | Booking | Search. The Player Booking screen displays.

  2. In the Search screen, you can set the following:

  • In the Player Search Criteria section:

    • Minimum players per tee time - Sets the minimum amount of players allowed to book.

    • Maximum players per tee time - sets the maximum amount of players allowed to book.

    • Default Selected players - Sets the default player value selected when booking.

 

  • In the Hole Search Criteria section:

    • Select the Enable ‘Any’ hole selection checkbox to enable the option of searching for ‘any’ hole when viewing tee times.

    • Select the Default hold selection drop-down field to set the default hole selection value of 9, 18 or Any.

 

  • In the Date Search Criteria section, you can set the default search date when loading the tee times to Today, Tomorrow, 2 Day in advance, 3 Day in advance, 4 Day in advance, 5 Day in advance, 6 Day in advance or 7 Day in advance, by selecting the desired time from the Default search date drop-down.

  • In the Tee Sheet Display section, you can set your site to automatically expand to show more links when the site loads by selecting the checkbox to the far right. For screenshots and more details, click here>>

  1. Click Save to keep your changes.
