Count of Customers

This is a Club Prophet Executive Report v4 – Power BI or PBI Power Business Intelligence – a reporting tool from Microsoft..

Note: Samples are using demo data and do not reflect real-world data.

 

Count of Customers

This report shows the Count of various segments of your customer population.  Note that many of the items are interactive per the Tip on the top of the screen.

The following visuals are included. 

• Total Accounts: The total number of customer accounts in your database.

• Customer Class: The number of customer accounts by Sales Class.

• Customer Type: The number of customer accounts by Customer Type.

• Active: The number of customers accounts that are Active [True or False].

• Gender: The number of customers accounts by customer gender [Male, Female, Undefined].

• Account Type: The number of customers by account type [Primary, Dependent, Spouse].

These visuals are all interactive and linked together.  Clicking any item in any of the visuals will change the values in all visuals based on your selection.  See the Tip at the top of the screen for instructions.

FILTERS

The right-side menu of this report provides various Filters to allow you to filter the data in a number of ways.  Click any of the Filter fields for basic and advance filter and search options.  Note that selecting specific visuals on the page will provide additional filter selections.

 

Tips

• Filters which are the gold back color controls on the report allow you to pick from a list.  Hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard to select multiple items.
• If you want to search for a particular value, use the filters in the right pane menu.  They will have a search box in addition to a list of the items.
• Use the Advanced option in the right menu panel for advanced search options.
• Use the three dots […] in the top right of a visual for more options like Export data.
