F&B Sale Tracking

Note: Samples are using demo data and do not reflect real-world data.

F&B Sale Tracking Report

The F&B Sale Tracking report shows a list of F&B Transactions and the current status (OPEN or ‘closed by’).

Date: The actual date and time of the Sale Transaction.

Transaction# = Sale number of the given transaction.
Table# = Table number where the transaction was opened if applicable.
Time Start = Date and time the F&B tab was open.
Time End = Date and Time the F&B tab was closed.
Who Started = Name of the employee that opened the tab.
Who Closed = Name of the employee the closed the tab. NOTE that if the tab is still opened, you will see the word OPEN highlighted
Ticket Owner = Name of the employee who is currently assigned as the owner of the tab.
Total = Total amount of the sale.

DRILL THROUGH

This report allows you to DRILL-THROUGH to the sale details for further information. To do so, right-click the sale you want to drill through and then hover or left-click the Drill through option, and then F&B Transaction Details.

The F&B Transaction Details screen opens:

When selecting the OPEN transaction, there is no payment data because the transaction has yet to be closed. Use the arrow in the top left to get back to the original list.

FILTERS

There are various filters you can use to narrow down the data. Filters are the gold background controls as well as the Filters right hand sidebar.

Tips

Filters which are the gold back color controls on the report allow you to pick from a list. Hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard to select multiple items.
If you want to search for a particular value, use the filters in the right pane menu. They will have a search box in addition to a list of the items.
Use the Advanced option in the right menu panel for advanced search options.
Use the three dots […] in the top right of a visual for more options like Export data.
