In the 3.102 version, the Include Note on Confirmation Email checkbox remembers your last selection when adding a note in the Reserve or Change Player window. In this way, if you checked the box the last time you added a note, the checkbox remains checked the next time you go to add a note.

In 3.102, we added an option to prevent printing the QR code on receipts for the driving range setup for Range Servant Select Touch / Pi.

This would be helpful if you do not use the QR code and you would like the receipt only to display the PIN number, thus cleaning up the receipt, saving paper, and avoiding confusion with your members when they try to redeem for range balls at the machine.

Changes were made in 3.102 to redesign the driving ranges settings page in the Options section of the POSExpress. In summary, all options for the driving range software that we support was gathered and placed under their respective area and will only show when the radio button is selected. See each screen below for the options of each supported driving range.

In version 3.102, we have removed the Range Servant Select Interface checkbox in Tools | Options | Sales Options | Driving Range. This section was replaced with a redesign of that section of the menu.

The AM and PM times are colored contrasted even in the drop-down menu in the 3.102 update. Now the PM square selection highlights in the Green Fee setup when picking between AM and PM.

In the 3.102 release, a warning message now displays if there is an existing season set up on the other site when applying a new season rate. If there is nothing set up on the other site, then it will copy it over without the warning.

In the 3.102 update, we changes our existing tour operator/call center functionality when booking tee times to allow searching a date range instead of just one date. The main advantage is if the tour operator is booking times over a whole weekend they can now just do one search for all tee times over the whole weekend and just scroll through to pick them all at once vs searching each day individually.

Starter Hut v3’s At-A-Glance view shows Daily Deals as a different color in the 3.102 update.

The EU version 3.102 now shows the number of customers on the waitlist as it does in US version.

In the 3.102 update, one email reminder will be sent out when multiple bookings have the same confirmation key and the same account for the one booking.

The updated Credit Card Module can be used with Lesson Book.

Within the Multiple Discount screen, in the 3.102 version, there is now a way to select multiple items at one time and apply a discount. In this way, with larger orders, you do not have to select specific items individually to apply a discount.

In the 3.102 update, we added a new category option available for running batch payments on account instead of using a credit card on file or ACH. These new forms of payment are available online in the Online Billing as well as on reports for payments on account.

In the 3.102 version, we changed how receivers are recorded in the POS when Virtual Gift Cards are bought online. This update makes it possible to search for the name of the person who actually bought the gift card just in case the email entered is incorrect, and this is useful for reporting as well.

If a sale is finalized to a gift card and then deleted, the amount goes back onto the card, and a line is added to the gift card history saying "Add Value to Card from Deleted Sale (salenum)"in version 3.102. This will make it easier for you to track your gift card history.

In 3.102, we changed how the software handles Smart Cards when the option to "Redeem Discontinued Smart Cards" is enabled and used.

In the 3.102 update, the Change Expire Date function for Smart Cards can be password protected. Previously, the Smart Card password protection prevents you from changing the quantity but not the expiration date.

The Customer Statement With Details II report has been updated to show the QTY for sales items as of the 3.102 release.

In version 3.102, we store the choices that you made when you run the Statement report.

In version 3.102, we added a tax breakout option to the statement report that would be off by default. When you turn it on, it shows a tax breakout box at the bottom containing the subtotal, Tax1, Tax 2, and if there is one Tax 3 description and the total for each.

Added text information and grayed out price fields for AdvancedBookingFee product code in the Inventory module in the 3.102 update.

In 3.102, we added a password for changing the tax code for an item in the Inventory module. This was done to prevent having issues of changing incorrect tax for an item

In the 3.102 update, we added a Move function to F&B to be able to move an item between seats on a tab without using the split check function at all.

In the 3.102 version, we updated the Terminal drop-down menu on the Charge Tips window to hide certain terminals from showing up in the list.

Added the ability to print the Daily Cash Report to the receipt printer in version 3.102.

In the 3.102 update, we allowed the adding of periods (.) in the address field for adding a card-on-file through the Online Billing.

Add the ability to change the date of a member-charge transaction within a billing cycle to the transaction editor in the 3.102 update.

The online statement of Online Billing now contains the payments listed in the Payment column.

In the 3.102 version, we increased the maximum number of rows of Quick Sale buttons on the iPad running CPS Air 3.102. Previously, we suggested that you used a 5x5 grid of QSB Quick Sale buttons for ease of use, but with this update, the maximum is currently six or more rows.

In the 3.102 update, we added an 'Account Number column header to the Transaction View/Get Tab list. If you use the Account Number as a primary member identifier, this new additional column will help you.

If you aren’t using ProphetPay, you won’t be selecting a MagTek swipe device, so we added the option No Device in the iPad’s settings in 3.102.

In the 3.102 release, we integrated the iDynamo 6 and the TDynamo credit card devices to be used with CPS Air and the new ProphetPay integration.

In version 3.102 we added the ability to process credit cards using CCM v4 on CPS Air. The CCM options are found in the Terminal settings of Online Options. The iPads once upgraded to 3.102 will process using the new CCM. Note: A Club Prophet support agent should always set up the CCM.

In CPS Air 3.102, the column headers of the 'Get Tab' or Transaction View are interactive and allow sorting.

In the 3.102 update, we added the functionality to charge sales tax to credit cards’ convenience fee.

Because Moneris Hosted Vault is being phased out near the end of 2022, we will be using Moneris Hosted Tokenization to handle all card-not-present transactions, such as Card-on-File, Manual Entry, Deposits, Batch Pay on Accounts starting in the 3.102 version

The credit card module has been updated to reflect the new credit card direction.

Many back-office computers use the Moneris integration for Vault/Hosted Tokenization without a pin pad. If they are on the Cloud interface, we have to go to the normal Moneris setup area, plug in the Cloud account information, and ensure we do not have a COM Port selected. With no COM Port selected, it instructs the POS to use Vault/Hosted Tokenization without searching for a pin pad first.

In the 3.102 update, this no longer needs to happen; no pin pad required when using the Moneris Cloud.

In the 3.102 update of the software, you will no longer see the word surcharge in any of the credit card payment screens.

In version 3.102, we introduced a whole new credit card integration called ProphetPay.

In the 3.102 version of Online Options, you will find a login to view the MerchantTrack online application so you can keep track of your stores.

In the 3.102 release, the Course drop-down in the Online Res v5 tee sheet screen now contains a Select All option at the top of the scrolling golf course selection list.

In version 3.102, we added a new feature to add a new information cell at the end of each main time period, Morning / Mid Day / Late Day. These cells will display before the Show More break if more tee times are displayed.

In the 3.102 version of Online Res v5, the set write-in assignment option under Player Booking no longer forces you to choose whether write-ins are added as Players or Customers, which can lead to significant duplication since Validate Data Entry config isn't considered for write-ins.

In the 3.102 update, you can add coupons to the Online Options site using the new Add a Coupon button in the Online Option’s Coupon screen under Sale. This means you can add coupons anywhere anytime if you have an internet connection and a browser.

We added the ability for you to select the desired currency symbol to be displayed in Online Res v5 by adding a new Online Option called Currency Display, a drop-down that lists currencies in the 3.102 version.

In the 3.102 update, we added the ability for you to select the format used to display dates on Online Res v5. The default format is MM/DD/YYYY, which is usually the US date format.

The Affiliate feature allows for analytics based on the source of traffic or bookings, such as how many visits to each page or how many bookings have been made by an affiliate.

In the 3.102 version, we created a PBI report for all your reservations made by affiliate links. The affiliate feature keeps track of how many times people linked to our booking engine from outside sources. So this PBI report takes the affiliate feature and displays the information into a report for your use or for Gallus to use. This report contains the following information: customer acct, name, class, affiliate id, affiliate name, date range, and tee time revenue.
