Prompt for single bookings to apply entire deposit removed

In the 3.98 update, the software will not prompt the single golfer if they would like the entire deposit applied to their check-in but instead automatically applies the whole deposit.

To further explain, a single golfer books online, and you are set up to receive 100% deposits online. When this golfer checks in at your pro shop, you pull up his booking in Starter Hut and click Check In; you will no longer receive a prompt about applying the deposit; it automatically applies, and you can ring this golfer up in the Sales screen.

Suppose there is more than one person, a prompt displays asking about applying the entire deposit. For example, two players book online in Online Res v5, with one player using their credit card on file to book the tee times, and you are set up to receive the online deposit at 100%. Now, anytime you check in fewer people than the booking was made for, the popup will display.

Note: This would work for a four-person booking, and the third golfer checks in with the pro shop before the other three arrive, the pop-up will display for the pro shop staff, and so on.

If you click Yes, and this was the person who made the booking for both players, who has the deposit on their card, when checked in, you can apply the entire deposit to just the first golfer’s booking. This will apply the deposit to what he owes and put any leftover money back on their credit card. Then when the second golfer checks in, they will owe the course their portion.
