Booking

Overview

In the booking section of the Home screen starting in Online Options, you can update the following on these screens:

• Advanced Booking Ruleset - add booking rules by class

• Cancellations - sets limits on your customers being able to cancel reservations

• Course Options - setups for the courses such as allowing carts

• Group Booking - enables group bookings

• Guest Checkout - enables guest checkouts

• Holes Restrictions - restricts the end-users ability to book 9 and/or 18 hole booking by time and date

• Online Rate - setting the online rate

• Player Booking - Forces the customer to log in before viewing tee times, feature re-use, buddy-list use, and special row

• Search - sets up the search criteria

Note: In the 3.100 release of Online Res v5, you must select the Main hamburger menu, then Starterhut then Online Booking then Booking to see the above options.

 

Note 2: Also, in the 3.100 release, you can assign each specific course a different time zone override as the course location dictates in Starterhut | Online Booking, so your golfers can make reservations when their time zone does not match the online reservation’s server’s time zone.
